Partitioning Methods

Automatically Partition 
  • There not partitions, there mount points for your floppy and CDROM drives.

Disk Druid
  • Disk Druid is a graphical tool for partition management and mount point association. When entered, Disk Druid dispalys existing disks and any defined partition in a window setup


Uses fdisk utility
  • On personal computer operating systems, fdisk (for "fixed disk") is a commonly used name for a command-line utility that provides disk partitioning functions. fdisk writes the master boot record.

GNU Parted
  • There not partitions, there mount points for your floppy and CDROM drives.

    i hope administrator can change the title text colour from blue to another colour because i can read it. need to highlight first
